Most of us have lived through tough experiences that lead to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, relationship problems, and difficulty knowing our true selves. By creating a safe space and using different modalities, I help you explore these issues and learn to cope, so you can feel better and work toward a more satisfying life.
My focus
I work with individual adults who are generally high-functioning but struggling with adjusting to life-stressors, low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship difficulties, caregiving, grief, and loss.
My approach
I use approaches based on your needs and goals, believing every person has dignity and worth. One favorite is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which examines negative thinking patterns. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused, Interpersonal, Solution-Focused, Psychoeducation, and Family Systems Therapies.
