I specialize in working with adults navigating Complex Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, and life-altering events. I also work with those facing difficult transitions and other circumstances that require a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and self-discovery.
My approach
I use an integrative and holistic approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, person-centered therapy, and somatic practices. My goal is to encourage personal growth and self-expression by helping individuals explore their challenges, gain perspective, and develop effective coping skills.
