I speak English and utilize CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, and Solution-focused techniques as well as various evidence-based approaches to fit the specific needs of the client. I work with substance use, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I also work with a variety of mental health issues and populations.

I work with a varied population. I work with individuals who struggle with varied issues. Some examples are relational issues, anxiety, mood disorder, LGBTQ, substance abuse, and ADHD, to name a few.

My approach

I utilize an eclectic use of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the patient. I typically utilize CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, and Mindfulness-based interventions.

My communication style

Clients can expect a calming, non-judgmental environment. The client and I will take a journey to understand the potential root cause of what has brought the individual to treatment while focusing on the present moment to ensure a better future.

I love to help people with self-exploration, for them to uncover their strengths and have the ability to accept life on life's terms. I am excited to be a witness to a change of perspective that comes with acceptance.

Our first session

Clients should expect a conversational atmosphere to gather background information and discover what has led the client to seek treatment. I will ask about prior treatment, family history, and current stressors, as well as coping skills that have been utilized.
