My approach

I use CBT to help you explore how your thoughts and beliefs influence the way you navigate the world. Together, we can work on identifying and challenging thoughts and beliefs that do not align with your new narrative for your life.

My communication style

I use empathy and supportive listening during sessions to ensure you feel comfortable expressing yourself. I also use reflections to help bring insight and provide an opportunity for self-reflection.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had an uncanny level of empathy and could instantly pick up on the emotions of people around me. After facing struggles of my own and understanding the unique challenges of being human, I discovered my calling was to help others find their own resilience.
