My journey to mental healthcare

I have always loved to talk! In fact, as a child, my father told me that if I didn't stop talking so much, I would run out of words! I knew I had to find a career that married my two favorite activities - talking and helping others. I love being able to help others in crisis.

My goals for you

I am here to support my clients in setting and reaching goals. Together, we will find and develop the necessary tools to achieve your goals.

Our first session

I like to view the first sessions as a meet and greet. Just as I am going to ask questions to get to know more about you, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your goals, I hope you ask a bunch of questions about me. The therapist-client relationship is one of collaboration and respect, and you must trust me.
