My communication style

I strive to create a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment. My communication style is warm, empathetic, and straightforward, helping patients feel both supported and guided. Patients can expect open dialogue where their voice is valued.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner because of my passion for helping others heal and live fulfilling lives. Throughout my nursing career, I saw the impact that compassionate, accessible mental health care can make. What drives me is supporting patients as they build resilience, regain hope, and discover their strengths.

My goals for you

I believe in setting goals together so they reflect what matters most to the patient. We start by identifying immediate concerns, then break larger goals into small, achievable steps. Progress is reviewed regularly, and plans are adjusted as needed.

Our first session

In the first session, I will listen to your story, gather background information, and explore your current concerns. We will discuss your goals, review what has and hasn’t worked in the past, and create a starting plan together. My priority is that you feel heard and leave with a clear next step.
