I look forward to learning your stories, helping you recognize your strengths, and together finding tools to allow you to reach your goals. I have been able to support individuals who have struggled with trauma (including sexual trauma), self-worth and identity questions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment to difficulties.
My focus
I typically work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues. I have a depth of knowledge of how trauma impacts individuals. It is part of who we are, but doesn't need to define us. I'm LGBTQ-friendly.
My approach
It is with much admiration and respect that I engage with clients in the journey to wellness. It can be difficult to seek help when things seem overwhelming. As a therapist, I have always believed in the strength of the individual to heal. The most common therapeutic approaches are CBT and trauma-based therapy.
