I utilize cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, person-centered, narrative, and motivational interviewing within my practice. I believe harm-reduction interventions create motivation for change in abstinence behaviors. My focus is treating your needs instead of being diagnosis-driven or following a rote treatment regimen.

I provide counseling for adults over 18 and couples. I believe there is a correlation between mind and body for wellness and emotional healing.
