I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Northeast Ohio and seeing clients throughout the state via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients find positive solutions to start feeling better.

I work to help my clients build the skills to navigate the challenges of life, to feel better about themselves, and to develop a more positive outlook.
