My communication style

I strive to create a welcoming, relaxed, and supportive environment with clients. My goal is to help my clients feel as if they are in a safe place. I feel that my clients experience reassurance while focusing on concerns and goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to be in a helping profession. I feel that I am a compassionate and instinctive person. Assisting people when they are in need, in my opinion, is the most important thing one can do.

My goals for you

I try to explore my client's past (if they are comfortable) in order to see the future. I try to allow the client to prioritize their needs and how I can assist them in meeting those needs.

Our first session

During the first session, I encourage the client to share their thoughts and concerns. I ask questions according to what is most pertinent to the client in order to begin the therapeutic relationship.
