I take a warm, empathetic approach to sessions. I work with women and specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Each session will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself.
My focus
Do you need support as you move forward toward living your best life? I work with women from teenagers to 50+ who are on a growth journey in many areas of life, including mental and physical health, romantic and friendship relationships, career, and spirituality. I think it is fabulous to be a woman, to be able to feel deeply.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to guide you in restructuring unhelpful thoughts, as well as emotionally-focused therapy to help you feel and process emotions. My passion is to empower you to be the best version of your most authentic self, to have a voice, and to navigate culture.
