It can be difficult to reach out for help and even more difficult to admit that you could use some guidance. When you are struggling, having someone in your corner to help you overcome the hurdles in your journey can be helpful.

My focus

I work with many populations from addictions and relapse prevention to life transitions and chronic illness to grief to PTSD, stress, anxiety, and mood disorders. I work hard to meet the client where they are culturally, religiously, and in lifestyle. I am LGBTQ+ friendly.

My approach

I take a holistic approach, focusing on the symptoms you identify and how they affect you in all areas of your life. We will work as a team to figure out the root cause and find the healthiest ways to cope. The treatment plan will be individualized to YOU, as no two people are exactly the same.

My communication style

I try to communicate with a client as though they are on the same level as me while being blunt and kind at the same time. I try to be client-focused as much as possible.
