Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, and compassion fatigue? I love working with first responders. I understand that as a first responder, it is difficult to feel understood and supported. Many of us have a strong desire to protect our families and avoid sharing these experiences with them.

Whether you're working through trauma, cumulative stress, shift work disruption, or stigma associated with asking for help, I'll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and medication.
