I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, divorce, stress, self-esteem, and major life changes. I use solution-focused treatment approaches as well as cognitive behavioral therapy.

My most common theoretical approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy. We will work together to identify how your thoughts are impacting your emotional well-being in order to identify barriers to becoming the best version of yourself.

My goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can fully express yourself, gain insight, and take steps to reach your goals. We will work at a pace that is effective for you. You will feel heard and important throughout the entire process.

Our first session

During your first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. You will go at a pace that is comfortable for you to help me understand what your stressors are and what you would like to accomplish through treatment.
