I am a neurodivergent therapist who has been practicing for over 20 years. I have always been drawn to and supportive of other humans who color outside of the lines. Prioritizing yourself by seeking help is huge, and I would be honored to support you on your therapy journey.
My focus
I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and abilities. I am especially passionate about providing therapy for ADHD, Autism, women's issues, and family/ parenting issues and struggles. I am a proud LGBTQIA+ ally.
My approach
I provide therapeutic support through a trauma-informed, gender affirming, and culturally sensitive lens. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you to build a life that is meaningful to you. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution -Focused Therapy are a few of the approaches I use.
