We all experience various transitions: adjustment to new marriage, marital issues, divorce, adolescent struggles, empty nest syndrome, work issues, and developmental challenges at different life stages.
My approach
I work from Systems Theory, always looking at how people affect one another. I incorporate attachment-based approaches to help you build close, healthy connections. I utilize EMDR for trauma, reducing anxiety and increasing self-esteem. Many other strategies are implemented according to your needs.
