I’m an Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) with advanced training in sex therapy. I provide trauma-informed, sex-positive care using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, with a focus on trauma/PTSD, anxiety, mood concerns, relationships, intimacy, and sexual wellness.

I work with adults and couples navigating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, personality disorders, relationship concerns, intimacy issues, sexual wellness, and life transitions. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, consensual non-monogamy, kink, and diverse relationship structures.
