I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s in social work from OSU. For over 10+ years, I have worked in the mental health field with several populations and settings. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and self-acceptance.

Trauma and PTSD. Personality disorders (including BPD), sexual health and sex positivity, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, relationship and attachment challenges. Whether you’re learning to manage emotions, rebuilding trust after trauma, or exploring your identity and boundaries, I’m here to walk beside you through the process.
My approach
Therapy with me is interactive, conversational, and collaborative. I blend humanistic and psychodynamic approaches to explore the deeper roots of emotional pain, while integrating cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques to build real-world coping skills. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine, safe, and judgment-free.
