I pride myself on being completely transparent. I educate you on what to expect from medications, what they will not do, and any potential side effects or risk factors. Patient education and safety drive my practice. I encourage open, honest communication—that's the only way I can truly help.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started as an intensive care nurse, caring for the sickest patients and helping them heal physically while observing mental brokenness. I saw how underserved the mental health population is. I've always been a strong patient advocate, fighting for those who couldn't fight for themselves. That led me to mental health.

My goals for you

I set realistic goals with you, as that's the key to success. I consider your lifestyle when making goals because if a goal doesn't fit your life, it's harder to achieve. Realistic expectations create progress and prevent frustration.

Our first session

During the first session, we'll discuss your psychiatric history and overall health history. My goal is to gather all the information needed to create a treatment plan that's successful for you and tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
