Hi there, I'm Stephanie!

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Specialist, I believe healing begins with truly being seen, heard and accepted. I strive to create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly share experiences, feelings and challenges without fear of judgement or shame.

My focus

I work with adults experiencing grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, aging related concerns and major life transitions. Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one, navigating changes in relationships, career, health or working through the effects of past trauma, I am committed to walking alongside you.

My approach

My approach is compassionate, trauma informed and person centered. At its core it is collaborative as your story is unique. Using CBT and Motivational Interviewing, together we will tailor therapy to meet your specific needs, strengths and goals. I believe meaningful change occurs through genuine connection and self-discovery.
