Hi there, I'm Anna Lisa!
Welcome to my practice! I share in your anticipation and desire to start therapy, and I will work with you to develop a path to achieve your goals. I provide therapy to adolescent and adult individuals and couples. I also work with children by working with the child and their caregiver(s).
My focus
Many people who come to my practice are dealing with past trauma, anxiety, and depression. Couples who seek my help commonly experience issues with trust, infidelity, and intimacy. Parents seek my help when their child is struggling with anxiety, difficulty with social-emotional interactions, and neurodiversity challenges.
My approach
I use a variety of approaches, choosing those that best fit your needs. These approaches include (but are not limited to) CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). With children, I use an eclectic approach that integrates play and art.
