Therapy with me is collaborative and paced according to each client’s readiness, with an emphasis on deep emotional healing rather than symptom management alone. My focus is on helping clients process trauma, understand relational patterns, and build healthier, more empowered ways of relating to themselves and others.
My focus
Now more than ever, individuals are feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about how to move forward—especially after experiencing deeply personal trauma such as sexual abuse, molestation, incest, human trafficking, as well as physical, psychological, or neglectful abuse. I only see female clients with adverse trauma.
My approach
My work is trauma-informed and integrates several experiential and depth-oriented modalities. I draw from Internal Family Systems to help clients understand and work with different parts of themselves, fostering internal compassion and healing. I also utilize Brainspotting to support the processing of trauma held in the body and nervous system.
