LGBTQ folks will find a safe space to talk with me. I am an ally with a heart for those seen as different who have had to struggle to find their place. I can be your partner in managing life with a chronic illness. You may be a trauma survivor who needs to work through damage so you can learn to find safe people.

You will find that I provide kind and supportive therapy, but I will also hold you accountable as we work towards your goals. I find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help correct harmful patterns and offer a new perspective on your life.
