I typically work with clients who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and anger. I am comfortable treating individuals across a wide age range, from children to adults. I aim to make it a relaxed and positive experience.

My approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, and Trauma-focused. It is adaptable to the unique needs of each person, and I focus on providing a safe and supportive environment to help them work through their difficulties and achieve healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always felt a strong calling to assist and support others in their journeys. This led me to develop a keen interest in mental health, prompting me to pursue studies in social work and psychology. I have since been dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their objectives.

Our first session

During an initial session, we will complete introductions, explore the reason for treatment, and establish expectations. We will complete an assessment and develop treatment goals.
