Hi there, I'm Cynthia!

Good for you for reaching out! I would love to meet you and help you on your journey to better mental health! I tell all my Clients they are the bravest people I know, as it takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and start the counseling process! So welcome!

My focus

What I hope for each of my clients by the end of a session is that they can leave feeling they have been heard and encouraged. I specialize in grief/loss, depression/anxiety, relationships/attachments, using client-centered, solution-focused, and CBT.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and realize the power of your thoughts and how they affect your feelings and behaviors. I teach practical coping techniques and skills to help you gain control over your life. I incorporate mindfulness and tools that can be helpful and hopeful.
