I have practiced psychotherapy and specialized in the creative process, relationships, mood and anxiety problems, trauma, and parenting.
My focus
I help adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I also help those with post-partum depression, parenting stress, and relationship issues. I specialize in helping artists, students, and other creatives move past fears and blocks so they can be at their creative best.
My approach
I put empathy and connection at the heart of what I do, and understand how feeling alone and/or misunderstood lies at the root of much of our pain. My approach is based on an experience of connection and feeling deeply understood. My empathic and gentle approach will help you explore and understand your inner experience.
