Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

Welcome! I am a licensed independent social worker. I have been in the social work field since 2009 and earned my MSW in 2018. I'm currently looking for new EMDR clients while I work towards certification. I take a supportive, affirming stance in therapy. I will guide you to a healthier life, but at your pace.

My focus

I work with a wide variety of people. I most commonly work with Neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and trauma survivors. I am only working with individual adults at this time. If you wish to bring a spouse or family member into a session, I am open to that, to a limited degree, but I do not do couples or family therapy at this time.

My approach

I believe that you have the ability to change your own life; you just need the support of someone who believes in your strengths and abilities. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am trained in Grief Therapy and am recently trained in EMDR.
