Beginning therapy can seem scary and overwhelming. I am grateful you are exploring the courage needed to travel this part of your journey. I work within a Christian-based collaborative structure, which means God is invited as we explore anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by current situations.

I work with individuals who want to grow beyond where they are now—both personally and in their relationships. By approaching issues from spiritual, mental, and physical perspectives, together we build an understanding of why we think the way we do and develop strategies to modify thought patterns, improve communication, and foster personal growth.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, Scripture, and EMDR as we work together to understand your thought patterns, how they developed, and how we can restructure them. Each session, I equip you with practical skills to help you better manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
