I strive to help you find calm, clarity, and confidence in the middle of life’s chaos. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — therapy with me feels like having an intentional and meaningful conversation with someone who truly gets it.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and challenges. I know what it’s like to face obstacles, feel misunderstood, and navigate systems that don’t always feel fair or supportive. Those experiences taught me the importance of having a space where you can feel seen, heard, and validated.

Therapy goals will be developed collaboratively, empowering you to take an active role in identifying what you wish to achieve and the steps it takes to get there. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. We can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about your background, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to gain in our work together. Building rapport and trust is an important part of the process, and this session lays the groundwork for a strong therapeutic relationship moving forward.
