I am trained in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Parenting Program. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger issues, and mood disorders.

My approach
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to improve my client's overall mental health. I feel one therapy approach is not a one-size-fits-all approach to meeting my client's needs.
