I work best with clients who are ready to look inward and curious about growth—even if they're not sure where to start. I support teens and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, family wounds, or relational stress. I also support couples and families who want to repair connections and improve communication.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and deeply individualized. I draw from evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed practices—while also incorporating relational, sex-positive, and holistic frameworks as appropriate.
