I am also well-versed in working with clients who have experienced life changes and adjustments, such as breakups or divorce.

I believe in meeting you where you are on your journey. I use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, motivational, relationship, and trauma-focused strategies. I also provide counseling for health, wellness, and career concerns.

Throughout my life, I have enjoyed empowering others towards their goals. I've always had a natural ability to be supportive and present. It became apparent that counseling was the career for me that would bring joy and fulfillment while also helping others.
