My communication style

I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began during my military deployment. After experiencing loss and trauma in combat, my own counselor helped me heal. I left the military wanting to help others in their healing journeys. I believe everyone can heal and experience positive growth.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify goals that matter to you, whether improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. As you gain new insights, your goals may evolve, and we can adapt our plan anytime to keep it meaningful and relevant.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
