My communication style

I am a very matter-of-fact type of therapist. I will not "sugarcoat" or cosign any unhealthy behaviors. I will not tell you what I think you should do in any situation, but I will help you to navigate the best course of action for you to live and function at your highest level possible.

My journey to mental healthcare

I found that I thoroughly enjoy working with others to be a guide in their journey of wellness. I broadened my knowledge base to work with clients across a range of concerns.

My goals for you

When it comes to goal setting, I will ask the client what you are looking for in therapy, and what goals you would like to accomplish in the therapeutic setting.

Our first session

Our initial session will be with the client talking and the therapist listening and guiding you with provoking questions to get a "feel" of where the client is, where the client wants to go, and how I, as the therapist, can help achieve those goals.
