I work with adults experiencing mild to severe mental health symptoms. I understand that life can be difficult and asking for help is not easy. I am here to partner with you to address life's challenges using a holistic, strength-based, person-centered approach.

I work with adults who have a desire for growth and change, want to develop an improved sense of responsibility or accountability, feel their attitude or perspectives could improve, and want to be a better person in one or more aspects. I believe everyone has a natural inclination to fulfill their potential using their strengths and motivation.
My approach
My approach draws from trauma-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused therapy, grief work, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. I engage with you on a collaborative basis, partnering together to identify what is causing difficulty and working toward meaningful change.
