I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and parenting concerns.
My focus
I work best with adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, overwhelmed in their relationships, or uncertain about who they are and where they're headed. Many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community and are looking for a safe, affirming space to sort through identity questions, emotional struggles, or the stress of parenting and daily life.
