Thank you for reaching out for help. I am an LISW-S. I have been in practice for many years and started in the field in 1993! I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. I am warm and engaging, and I want my clients to feel as comfortable.

I have experience working with adults and couples who suffer from PTSD, GAD, MDD, Dissociative Disorders, Personality Disorders, disorders that do not resolve, grief, loss, or any kind of trauma. Regarding couples therapy: divorce, interpersonal violence, abuse, adultery, and more.
