My communication style is calm, empathetic, collaborative, non-judgmental, and personable, allowing my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a practitioner because I wanted to make a significant contribution to my community by providing holistic and personalized treatment. Being in healthcare for a couple of decades has granted me extensive experience that I feel would be more beneficial to my clients if I had the autonomy to diagnose and treat.

My goals for you

My approach to setting goals with clients is mostly working with the client to define what their goal is for the encounter. This is accomplished by first establishing a good rapport with the client. We will be revisiting the goals as needed, over time, to ensure that we are on the right path to achieving the client's goals.

Our first session

What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about what brought you to us. I will be asking questions to better understand your symptoms and determine the causes of your symptoms. We would then, together, formulate a plan of care to place you on the right path to reaching your goal.
