Counseling and coaching have been passions of mine for quite some time. My ideal client is anyone looking for direction and guidance. Do you have questions about your career, relationship, parenting skills, or the direction of your life? We will design an individualized plan that suits you.

My focus

I have developed empathetic and compassionate techniques. It is my goal to always be honest and non-judgmental with my clients. My expertise is with adults and couples. Currently, I am beginning the process of becoming a certified Gottman Couples Counselor.

My approach

In my sessions, I try to be empathetic, thoughtful, kind, and also honest. I use several different techniques and will make a specialized plan specific to you, whether it be individual counseling or couples counseling.
