I am a LPCC‑S and LMHC who takes a collaborative, client‑driven approach to therapy. I specialize in OCD, panic disorder, mood disorders, and general mental health concerns. My style is practical, compassionate, and rooted in evidence‑based care. I am also able to provide Christian/Catholic perspectives if you so desire.

I work with adults 18 and older and have a deep appreciation for the unique needs of the geriatric population. I strive to create a supportive space where all clients feel understood, respected, honored and empowered at every stage of life.
