I also have experience working with individuals struggling with grief, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting issues, work-related stress, and family problems.

My approach

I primarily use CBT, but also use a client-centered approach. I strongly believe in meeting all my clients where they currently are in relation to their therapeutic needs.

I allow space for the client to set the tone for the environment. I have found that some people need more guidance while others just need a listening ear.
