My approach is working in the here and now, navigating uncharted waters, and walking the changing life journey with you. I assist with managing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting, defiance, anger, and obsessive thoughts. You know yourself best, and my role is to help you be successful, calm, and at peace.

I typically work with teenagers, adults, veterans, and families dealing with body image, self-esteem, work stress, communication problems, forgiveness, guilt and shame, isolation, grief, mood disorders, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, self-love, family court issues, and school struggles.
My approach
I am client-centered, working on individual needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused CBT. These methods help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create lasting change that fits your life.
