My focus

I work with clients experiencing depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation and self-esteem concerns, ADHD, and trauma-related issues.

My approach

Because everyone is unique, I incorporate techniques from multiple models to meet your needs. I commonly use cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and play therapy to help you reach your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after encountering a family in distress and not knowing how to help. That experience motivated me to find answers and dedicate myself to helping others feel better, happier, and more successful.
