My therapy journey began from a desire to help others see their worth, especially in the face of adversity. As a counselor, I draw on a unique perspective shaped by both my clinical experience and my personal journey of sudden loss.

You are the expert in your life as we shoulder up and set goals that reduce symptoms and improve your wellbeing and belonging.

Our first session

The first session is a low-pressure meet focused on building rapport and authenticity. You will not be expected to give a polished version of your circumstances, and I will do my part to promote a natural flow.
