Hi there, I'm Ashlee!

I have a passion for serving those who have experienced trauma or are struggling with anxiety and relationship issues. Through meaningful conversations, we can walk through hard times toward healing.

My focus

I help individuals with trauma experiences, grief and loss, military service-related issues, relationship issues, aging, and addiction. Trauma is my specialty, though the skills I employ are also incredibly helpful in treating anxiety and depression.

My therapeutic approach meets you where you are, specific to your needs. I utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches, offering accessible skills to cope that allow you to feel improvement early in the therapeutic process.

My communication style

You can come to therapy exactly as you are and be met with acceptance and compassion. No need to filter. I want you to be exactly who you are. You will not meet judgment. My work is very individualized, meeting you where you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have known I wanted to be a helper since childhood. My own personal experiences fueled the fire to help others and to become what I needed at times. In becoming a therapist, I learned things that helped me in my own healing journey.

Goal setting, and everything else in therapy, is collaborative. We are working together to get you to where you need and want to be.

Our first session

In the first session, we will get a baseline for where you are currently and what your goals are in therapy. In subsequent sessions, dialog will be tailored to address the goals set and skills will be offered for you to implement.
