I provide a safe space for all, including LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, diverse cultures, and all religious beliefs or non-beliefs.
My approach
I utilized evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). With these combined modalities, I support clients with a history of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and complex attachment styles.
