I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified School Psychologist who specializes in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you begin to make sense of what you’re carrying and move toward meaningful change.
My focus
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and self-doubt. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others, but are ready to have a space where they can finally be supported themselves. I also provide psychological evaluations for ADHD, learning differences, autism, and emotional concerns.
