My communication style

I am very relaxed while also being professional. I have extensive experience, so I am able to pull from my many years in practice to meet the needs of anyone who chooses to see me as their therapist. I like to use humor when appropriate, and I am very personable and easy to talk to.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider after being in Special Education for nearly 5 years. I realized I wanted to build meaningful connections with others while sharing knowledge. I gained my DBH to increase my clinical knowledge as well as to enhance my ability to treat as many people as possible.

My goals for you

I like to collaborate with patients to meet the goals they set for themselves. I will also help navigate their journey, but the patient is the one driving the car!

Our first session

In the first session, I prefer to review any screenings you have completed before meeting me. I also want to get an idea of your view of therapy (past experiences, etc.) and work towards the goals that you have for yourself.
