I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and realistic, providing you with tools to feel more in control as well as coping skills to utilize when strong feelings are felt. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and progress.
