My focus
I work with teens and adults struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and other life challenges. I want to help people overcome their problems and gain the knowledge and experience to deal with future challenges.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, motivational interviewing, and a client-centered approach to help identify and address unhelpful and unwanted thoughts. I work in collaboration with my clients to help them pursue their goals and achieve the progress they desire.
